Solutient's IT Group is headquartered in Cleveland, where most Solutient servers are housed. The New Orleans office maintains a small but experienced IT staffing group that specializes in the support and enhancement of commercial grade applications. The strength of the Cleveland office is threefold: a) new custom application development in Microsoft's .NET Framework, b) expert database consulting, and c) advanced Microsoft and EC-Council security training.

Typically, both offices will team on large engagements, particularly those requiring complex development or customization. The Cleveland office was founded in 1977, whereas New Orleans went on line in 1983.
