FEMA Grant Management

In March of 2007, Solutient was awarded a contract by Jefferson Parish to provide program management services to assist in grant relationships with FEMA and GOHSEP. There are 19 HMGP projects and 1 FMA project that need program management. Solutient's grant management obligations include assuring compliance with FEMA regulations and procedures, assuring that the Parish is observing FEMA requirements so that reimbursements from FEMA are optimized, and confirming that the performance of the engineers and the contractors conforms to the legal agreements.

In addition to general reporting requirements, the Solutient PMO will manage all implementation actions, timelines, and responsible parties for these events and/or actions. We will work with Jefferson Parish to assist with the grant closeouts to satisfy all FEMA, GOHSEP, and HMGP/FMA rules and regulations.
