Students are officially registered for a course or seminar and guaranteed a seat
only when payment is received and space is available. Upon payment, you will receive
a confirmation letter and directions to Solutient. A $30.00 book rush fee will be
added to registrations received less than 7 days prior to the scheduled start day
of the class.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cannot attend a class for which you have registered, please notify Solutient
in writing as soon as possible. A 100% refund will be issued if you cancel ten or
more business days prior to the start of the class. A 50% refund will be issued
if you cancel with five business days notice. [No refund will be issued without
at least five business days notice.] There will be an additional 10% administrative
charge if you re-schedule without at least five business day’s notice. Solutient
reserves the right to cancel any classes five or more business days prior to the
start of class; classes with less than six registrants are subject to cancellation.
