Staff Augmentation

In October 2006, Solutient signed a teaming agreement relating to Hazard Mitigation projects with Innovative Emergency Management, Inc. Solutient is providing 5 full-time positions to support IEM's efforts with the Road Home HMGP. Services provided by Solutient in this endeavor include providing:

• Information on and document management from HMGP to homeowners through the Road Home Assistance Centers (HAC)
• Mitigation information to Louisiana citizens
• Assistance to homeowners in understanding other programs such as Increased Cost of Compliance
• Complete documentation for submissions to GOHSEP and FEMA and assisting in preparation of all reports for HMGP projects

In May 2007, Solutient signed a teaming agreement relating to disaster planning and response with Innovative Emergency Management, Inc. on the GOHSEP Emergency Response project to support the State and selected parishes during a level C deployment, which could occur after a catastrophic event such as Hurricane Katrina. Solutient will provide support personnel in the following areas:

• Command and control
• Operations
• Planning
• Logistics
• State Liaison
• Public Information/Public Affairs
• Intergovernmental Affairs
• Administration support
